Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer day-of coordination?

While I don't offer strictly "day-of" coordination, my Wedding Management package is designed to meet those needs. Effective coordination requires ample preparation, including multiple meetings, venue walkthroughs, timeline creation, confirmation of vendor details, etc. If you have questions about this package, or would like more information, please feel free to reach out!

How many weddings do you take on per year?

To ensure each couple receives my undivided attention during their wedding weekend, I limit my services to 15-18 weddings per year. By keeping my team small and booking only one wedding per weekend, I can provide a more personalized and attentive experience, ensuring each wedding is as unique and special as the couple themselves.

My friend/sister/aunt/mom is super organized and planned their own wedding so they’ll be able to take care of everything, right?

While your family members or friends might be incredibly organized, professional experience is required due to the amount of logistics that make up your wedding day. A professional planner ensures every detail is managed seamlessly, allowing your loved ones to fully enjoy the celebration without the stress of coordinating events.

When should we book a wedding planner?

The sooner, the better! Securing a planner early in your wedding planning journey is crucial. This allows us to be with you every step of the way, offering professional advice, answering questions, and helping you assemble the perfect vendor team to bring your vision to life!

How does the planning process start?

Planning begins with a 30-60 minute initial consultation call. This conversation is an opportunity for us to connect: I will learn more about you and your ideal wedding day, and you will learn more about my experience and details about each planning package. If it is a good mutual fit, upon booking, you'll receive a welcome packet including a preferred vendors list, general planning tips, and a planning timeline. From there, we'll dive right into planning!
